One of my biggest pet peeves is when people say that they don’t have time to eat healthy. My goal with this blog is to prove that you don’t need to meal prep for hours on end to come up with simple, healthy meals.
I’ll share mostly recipes, some fitness, and a bit of life in general. I consider myself Paleo(ish) – 95% of the things that come out of my kitchen are Paleo, but I’m not as strict dining out. I’ll be sure to clearly label each post and call out which ingredients may be considered in the “grey area” of Paleo so that you can make your own decisions.
If you aren’t sure what Paleo means, it’s essentially cutting out all processed foods as well as gluten, grains, dairy, and legumes. Robb Wolf is a great resource, and you can visit his site here. I have also done and encourage others to do the Whole30, so many of my recipes are compliant for that.
